Here we hope to outline our most frequently asked questions to save time for the both of us.

Where is your product sourced from, is it authentic, and what's its condition?

Everything that is sold through Niche Exhibit is second-hand sourced. We are not an official retailer for any of our products unless stated otherwise. All of our products are authentic, being carefully inspected through our team to maintain our reputation and get the people right. Any bootleg or unofficial product will be stated as so in the title or description of the product. Products will range from pre-owned to brand new condition. If a product contains serious defects, we will contain its information in the product description. Please reference the product description before making a purchase, as we will not provide any additional service to customers that ignore this information. If an item is incorrectly described in terms of condition or authenticity, please contact us with your order and evidence and we will work from there.

What is your store's return policy?

All sales are final and we fulfill our orders exactly as we receive them. Please make sure your order information is accurate and that any errors are mentioned immediately before being fulfilled. We are not responsible for your order after it is fulfilled. If you would like to return an item, we can offer store credit that is not guaranteed to equate to the original sale price, and you are responsible for bringing the item back in our possession. If you received an incorrect order, please reach out to us with evidence, and we will find a solution.

How long is the order fulfillment process?

Once an order is placed, it should be fulfilled within 24-72 hours. Please contact us if the fulfillment time has succeeded this timeframe and we will keep you updated.

How can I shop in your physical location?

Along with our internet presence, you can shop at the Niche Exhibit showroom in the House of Views creative space based in the Riverwest area of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Private appointments are always available and can be set up through messaging our Instagram @nichexhibit. On our Instagram stories, we will frequently post our availability on random days and invite anyone during the stated time-frame. Established hours have not been set yet but will likely be updated in 2024.

How can I sell products to your store?

You can sell your items to Niche Exhibit by messaging us on Instagram @nichexhibit with pictures, sizes, and prices of your item(s) or visit our physical location where you can bring your product to us in person. Please do not take lowballs personally. The clothing resale industry, like any resale industry, is cutthroat and requires time-worthy profits for continued business. Please keep this in mind when offering to sell to us.

Do you accept trades?

Niche Exhibit is very fond of trades and is always open to see what you have to offer. You are likely to get more out of your shopping experience by offering traded goods that align with our curated selection. We prefer traded goods to be in valuable condition and will most likely turn away items that have been stained, defected, damaged or excessively worn depending on the good. If there are any items you would like to trade up to specifically, let us know about the item and we will work from there.
